TGA Martial Arts Reviews

My 8 year-old daughter recently started attending TGA and loves every second of her classes. From the initial trial lesson, it was evident that TGA have established, experienced instructors who are dedicated and clearly passionate about passing on their skills and love of martial arts to the children. They ensure that mutual respect and discipline are instilled into every lesson whilst also engaging the children and having fun. The skills that can be gained and developed through attending TGA are transferable to so many aspects of a child's life. E.g. confidence building, fitness, self-defence etc. My daughter frequently tells me she wishes she could go to TGA every day. I would highly recommend TGA to anyone considering it for their child. 

Mr and Mrs Lynch are fantastic at what they do. My 4 year old lad was petrified to do anything on his own without mummy he'd scream the place down and break his heart until he went TGA they made him and me feel extremely welcome and he has come on leaps and bounds since starting here his confidence has soared and his behaviour is so much better he's only been coming over a month so can't wait to see how he is after a few months he really enjoys coming more than anything else we do, thanks to the family at TGA your fab!!!

I would absolutely recommend the TGA classes in Burslem to anyone. My 5 year old loves attending and has developed so much in terms of confidence and physical skills. She is always enthusiastic about what she's doing in class and about the Lynch family who are not only great teachers but also lovely people who genuinely care about the kids they teach. Give these classes a go for your little ones, I'm sure you will be very impressed! 

Our 2 boys (7 and 4 years old) love waking up every Saturday morning in excitement to go karate. The staff have been great and supportive. Our first boy found it difficult at the beginning but he absolutely enjoys his karate classes now. Thanks to all the staff. 

Absolutely fantastic group! Mr Lynch and his family are amazing and so welcoming, the confidence it has given my daughter is wonderful, she loves attending her classes!!

Lily-Mae has come on leaps and bounds since joining TGA, it has helped with her confidence massively. Mr Lynch and his team are brilliant. 

I started Martial Arts when i was little and took a break to do Street Dance. Martial Arts gave me the confidence to be the person i am today, it has played an important part in my life. I started jiu jitsu a year ago and it has built so much more confidence in myself and my lifestyle. I think it is very important for a teenage girl to know the skills of jiu jitsu as it is important to know how to look after yourself. TGA is my home and everyone is very welcoming. The staff at TGA are always welcoming, fun and energetic. it is an amazing place to be part of :)

Absolutely fantastic warm and welcoming, great staff who are more than happy to engage with you at any time. A great place for anybody who wants to learn martial arts.

Absolutely amazing martial arts academy, my son Tommy has special needs and i can't believe the difference since he's been going here! He's starting to learn respect, patience and is generally behaving so much better at home and at school. I would recommend this academy to anyone that is thinking of MA for their little ones. I'll definitely be sending my youngest here when he's old enough to attend!

Lillian has recently started her journey with TGA she is quite shy girl but Mr Lynch and his team have made her feel very welcome and given her the self confidence to to go forward... I look forward to seeing her grow and watch her progress with the TGA team 👍🏻

My son has not long joined the juniors classes. At first he was very unsure and very shy but by the second class he completely come out of his shell. He is now a few weeks in and Monday is by far his favourite day! I can't thank the instructors enough, they are all amazing!!! Thank you TGA!

My 4 year old did her free trial on Saturday and she loved it. The session was dynamic and engaging for the kids. I also got a real feeling that the coaches had taken time to build up a lovely bond with each of the kids and it felt like a safe, caring environment. We didn’t hesitate to sign her up as a member and she can’t wait to go back next week:-)
